A: Typically, if the goods are in stock, delivery takes 1-3 days. If the goods are not in stock, delivery can take 15-20 days, depending on quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a fee or additional cost?
A: Yes, we can provide samples, but it depends on your quantity and products. You’ll need to cover the freight cost.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For payments less than or equal to $5000, we require 100% in advance. For payments greater than or equal to $10000, we require 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment.
