How Does Auto Glass repair device works?

 

Our glass repair products are mainly composed of the following products, mainly: host, heat guide flow, UV light, high -frequency guide flow machine, and polishing machine. —How to do the operation-—
 

1.Use the camera, observe the cracks, analyze the crack conditions, and select suitable tools;

 

2.Clean the crack. If there is water or it is drizzled over the rain, dry first and make protection measures, stick a little paper towel, then stick it with a rainproof membrane to protect it, and then repair it after 2-3 days;

 

3.Drop the repair liquid and stick the membrane;

 

4. Press the position of the original rupture of the cracks with a pressed pen. You can press the bottom. According to the situation, appropriately increase the strength;

 

5. Open the glass repair instrument, click the high -frequency guide flow instrument to the upper above the crack (appropriately increase the repair liquid), keep it until the end, you can add a little repair solution in the middle of the way;

 

6. Drop 2 drops of repair liquid and stick it above the cracks;

 

7. Observe the cracks, use heat diversion to align the back of the cracks, and not be too close to the wound;

 

8. Observe the changes in the cracks. You can use the pressed pen to properly press the air to the place where the repair liquid is not penetrated;

 

9. Observe the cracks, choose the right tool, continue to operate until the air is completely discharged, and the repair solution is fully entered;

 

10. Use the camera to observe whether the penetration of the crack repair liquid penetration is complete. If you complete it, you can turn on the UV light, cure the cracks for 15 minutes, and scrape the repair solution with a blade. Without penetration, the above operations continue until the penetration is complete.
